The Tennessee State Board of Education in its role as the policy making body for the Tennessee system of K-12 public education, votes on policies and guidance at its regularly scheduled meetings. Effective July 1, 2019 the SBOE has approved on final reading a revision of the Tennessee School Bus Specifications and Procedures.
