  • The Tennessee Association of Pupil Transportation is a nonprofit 501 C3 School Service organization dedicated to the safe transportation of Tennessee Children. TAPT invites you to become a general member and share our mission of school bus safety in Tennessee.
     

  • The three-hundred and fifty TAPT General Members are school officials, transportation managers and other support personnel who represent a variety of persons involved with the safe transport of Tennessee children.
     

  • Our membership includes public school districts, private school districts, head start programs, church programs, as well as, persons working in various state government departments.  

  •  

  • TAPT Industry Members consist of school bus equipment manufacturers, school bus sales and technology programs that can assist the daily operation of a large or small school bus fleet. 
     

  • TAPT Contractor Members are privately owned school bus operators.
     

  • General Membership is free to anyone involved with or interested in transporting children in Tennessee. As a general member, you have access to all the resources of the organization including free help and assistance with your transportation program.
     

  • Our annual conference and equipment show is held the first week of June at the Music Road Hotel and Convention Center in Pigeon Forge. A family registration is only $130.00 for the conference, the trade show and all conference meals and events.
