The Tennesse TAPT Conference & Trade Show scheduled for June 1-3 2020 and the TSBTA Workshop scheduled for June 11-12 2020 have been cancelled and re-scheduled for the first weeks of June 2021.

Because of the Event cancellations the TAPT Scholarships and The School Bus Hall of Fame Awards will not be awarded in 2020.

If you have reserved rooms at the Music Road Hotel or the Montgomery Bell State Park, you must cancel the room reservations to avoid your credit card being charged for the total room reservation. The Music Road Hotel will be expecting the room cancellations. Call the reservation desk at the Hotel.

If you have already submitted a registration to TAPT you will automatically receive a
TAPT CREDIT VOUCHER for your school district/company to be applied to the re-scheduled
2021 Conference.

Options concerning your TAPT Payment

Option 1: Accept the TAPT Credit Voucher to be applied to the June 2021 Conference for the number of General Members registered and the payment amount submitted. This option is automatic and no futher action is required.

Option 2:  The individual who submitted the TAPT payment may request a refund instead of a TAPT Credit Voucher. Refunds will be directed to and made payable to the name on credit card for online registration (PayPal Refund) or the company name and address listed on the submitted paper check (USPS Mail). Refund requests can be made by clicking on the refund link below.
